The brief is for a small over water bar, with an extended terrace facing downriver. This will incorporate the Marina Office, bar and restaurant with 30 covers internally and an additional 20 covers on the external terrace.
Cloud 9 is intended to become a meeting place for all and will allow for a vibrant and less formal way of enjoying their fantastic waterfront position.
