ROLE: Feasibility & Cost Management

Expedite has been appointed to provide feasibility cost advise for the redevelopment and change of use of Olympia House, Newport for Richard Hayward Properties. The UK Passport office previously used the building, until the recent relocation to new premises. The proposed change of use from commercial to residential will provide apartments within the Heart of Newport City Centre.

Expedite are also pleased to secure repeat business with Richard Hayward Properties, for the feasibility cost advice for the refurbishment and extension to HSS unit in Blackwood. The proposed final area of the unit will be circa 90000 ft2 of factory space with internal offices and associated accommodation blocks.
